While we have done everything possible to cover the entire county, installation is subject to site survey and availability. Dear Customer
Due to 3rd party issues where we have had to replace the generator and equipment on our remote site. Since then we have been experiencing issues with the new generator and we are planning to move to ESB power. This will take up to 2 to 3 weeks to complete. We are afraid that your Broadband service will be intermittent while this transition is taking place. We will keep you updated as to the work taking place and a completion date for same. Due to a 3rd party complete hardware failure where the 3rd party is currenlty awaiting delivery of part the service in the murroe area of limerick is unavailable.
